Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to advertising campaigns, orders, and subscriptions purchased from Mealboard, a brand owned and operated by Mohit Enterprises. Please read it carefully before making a payment.

01 Cancellation before fulfilment

You may cancel an order at any time before we begin fulfilment. Fulfilment is deemed to begin at the earliest of: (a) your creative being sent to print or production; (b) lids being allocated or distributed for your campaign; or (c) your campaign going live on the network. If you cancel before fulfilment begins, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable third-party charges already incurred (for example, payment-gateway fees).

02 After fulfilment — no refunds

Because advertising inventory (lids, distribution slots, and placements) is reserved and committed on your behalf, fees are non-refundable once fulfilment has begun. This includes campaigns that are live, partially delivered, or fully delivered. Reach and QR-scan figures are estimates based on network data and are not guaranteed; actual performance does not affect the non-refundable nature of a fulfilled campaign.

03 Service failure on our part

If we are unable to deliver a paid campaign due to a fault on our side — for example, we fail to run the campaign at all — we will, at our discretion, either re-run the campaign or refund the corresponding portion of the fee for the undelivered service.

04 How to request a cancellation or refund

• Email info@mealboard.in from the address associated with your order, with your order or campaign reference and the reason for cancellation.
• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm whether fulfilment has begun.
• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank or payment provider's timelines.
