These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and advertising services provided by Mealboard, a brand owned and operated by Mohit Enterprises (“Mealboard”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
01 Services
Mealboard operates a shared food-delivery advertising network, placing brand and creator advertising on food-delivery lids and providing associated QR-scan analytics. The specific deliverables, reach, and pricing for your campaign are set out in the plan or order you select and any written agreement between us.
02 User accounts
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order, and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business on whose behalf you are engaging our services.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
03 Advertiser content & usage rights
- You retain ownership of the creative, logos, and materials you supply. By submitting them, you grant Mealboard a non-exclusive licence to reproduce and display that content for the purpose of delivering your campaign.
- You warrant that your content is lawful, accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights, and complies with applicable advertising standards.
- We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand guidelines.
- The Mealboard name, logo, network, and website are our property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
04 Payment
Fees are payable as specified in your chosen plan or order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in advance and campaigns commence only after payment is confirmed. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or QR infrastructure.
- Misrepresent scan data or use the analytics for any purpose other than evaluating your own campaign.
06 Limitation of liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mealboard and Mohit Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Reach and scan figures are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Mealboard for the campaign giving rise to the claim.
07 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mealboard and Mohit Enterprises from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your content, your use of the services, or your breach of these Terms.
08 Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered place of business of Mohit Enterprises.
09 Changes & contact
